Your PayPal confirmed address will be used as your shipping address, if you need the item to be shipped to another address please contact us first. All items Ship within the contenantial US will be First Class mail (USPS), but if you have a deadline to meet please contact us first and we will help arrange.

For international customers; all items will be shipped via First Class mail International, and you will need to check your country duties and fees with your custom department.

1) IRELAND does not provide Tracking Information...
2) Shipping typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to IRELAND, but in some cases it can take up to 5 - 6 weeks.
3) We can not guarantee of the arrival date... Shipping fees are none refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please read our exclusion list and Contact us within 7 Business days upon receiving your package if you have any issue(s).

We will accept refund/return/Exchange under these conditions: Item must be in it's original package undamaged and unused (Tags remain attached) or proof of item arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival). Please take a picture of the damaged shipping box with the item as soon as you received it, and contact us right away.

DOA, a full refund will be honored and deposited back into the Paypal/Credit Card account that it was paid with, after we received the return item.

All items must ship back to us within 14 business days, and provide us the tracking code or a scan image of the receipt from the postal office.

***Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee.

-------Refund/Return Policy:

All Returns (Except prior arrangement with us), please understand that there will be a 20% restocking fee. the remaining purchase amount will be deposited back into your Paypal/Credit card account after we received the return item.

Custom Tank / Shirts: Due to the fact that personalized tanks and shirts are custom made to your wording preference, Sizing, coloring and decor; unfortunately we are unable to accept return/exchange. We had taken very clear pictures and also provide detailed information on each listings. (Return/Refund still honored if DOA)... Please make sure to see the Sizing Chart available on the listing page.. if you do not see one, please contact us and we will provide you with the information. Each Brand has their own sizing, so please do not assume the sizes are the same.
